Job Summary

  • Turbo Tim's mission is to offer exceptional service in order to help our customers feel safe on the road and comfortable in our shop.
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and interpersonal situations, supporting employees through workplace challenges with empathy, consistency, and confidentiality.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations across Turbo Tim’s back office, including coordinating scheduling, correspondence, and logistics for leadership and cross-location needs.
