Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Senior Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 2 years working in humanitarian response contexts
  • Experience in risk management in high-risk environments
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) is mandatory
