Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in Senior Human Resources Management
Minimum 2 years working in humanitarian response contexts
Experience in risk management in high-risk environments
Effective written and verbal communication in English
Ability to travel internationally
Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) is mandatory
