As the W&L Compliance Lead, you will serve as the single point of contact for quality and compliance within the Weighing & Logistics (W&L) department.
This role requires strategic leadership, knowledge of regulatory compliance & industry standards, and strong collaboration skills to influence change and uphold the highest standards of pharmaceutical manufacturing and logistics.
You will oversee the quality and compliance processes that are either owned or supported by the department and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with global standards and optimize operational excellence.
