The ideal candidate will have front office or administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guest service

Job Summary

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, process all external and internal calls by redirecting or assisting the caller, and take ownership of the caller’s request and ensure follow up according to hotel standards.
  • Maintain and monitor the “Royal Service” software system, serve as a liaison for Guests requiring information relating to all aspects of the hotel, and handle and distribute faxes, voice messages and written messages for internal and external Guests.
  • Receive an employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor properties worldwide, exclusive employee and friends & family discounts, and access to comprehensive benefits and wellness programs.
