Define, drive, and execute the strategic vision for the ICHRA product portfolio and network offerings, managing the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives for new product and network implementation, serving as the program manager and collaborating with matrix partners to ensure successful execution.
