  • Proficiency with CPI database management systems
  • Experience with USPTO and WIPO electronic filing
  • Ability to conduct patent and trademark clearance searches

  • Large law firm experience supporting industrial clients
  • In-house experience at a global manufacturing company
  • Proficiency with Legal Tracker for invoicing and budgeting
  • Experience with domain management and UDRP proceedings

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or paralegal certificate
  • 7+ years of experience in IP docketing and filings
