The People Operations team delivers transactional and strategic support across the entire human capital lifecycle.
The Talent Acquisition Enablement team provides operational support to the US, Mexico & Canadian firms across disciplines including resume review, interview scheduling, offer letters and new joiner onboarding.
This role works directly with Business Recruiters to understand their scheduling needs and support them through the interview stage of the recruiting process, ensuring a streamlined, efficient, and overall positive interview experience for both candidates and interviewers.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma
2-3 year(s) of experience in administrative or similar fields
Bachelor Degree Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with Workday and Interview Scheduling Hub
