Base: 2200 euros bruts/month; Bonus/Equity: Participation and profit-sharing based on company results; Benefits: 15 days RTT, 25 days paid leave, 5 revision days, PERECO/PEE with employer contribution, 2 days remote work/week, company cafeteria, parking with EV charging, bike storage
