The ITSM Analyst plays a hands-on, proactive role in maintaining stable, resilient, and well governed technology services across Latitude.
Responsibilities include coordinating Disaster Recovery tests, supporting Incident and Major Incident response, driving root cause analysis, and scrutinizing change requests.
