Job Summary

  • The Manufacturing & Operations Manager is a leadership role responsible for end-to-end manufacturing, operations, and process development for high-volume finished goods and capital equipment.
  • This position oversees a complex manufacturing ecosystem including contract manufacturing partners and internal manufacturing, owning manufacturing operations strategy, process development, supply and logistics management, and capacity planning.
  • The role includes defining and tracking KPIs, establishing dashboards, driving corrective actions, and collaborating with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.

  • Hands-on process development and industrialization experience
  • OTC process experience
  • SAP manufacturing and material master experience
  • Experience in FDA-regulated environments (GMP, QSR, 21 CFR Part 820 / 210 / 211)
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification
