Job Summary
The Manufacturing & Operations Manager is a leadership role responsible for end-to-end manufacturing, operations, and process development for high-volume finished goods and capital equipment.
This position oversees a complex manufacturing ecosystem including contract manufacturing partners and internal manufacturing, owning manufacturing operations strategy, process development, supply and logistics management, and capacity planning.
The role includes defining and tracking KPIs, establishing dashboards, driving corrective actions, and collaborating with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.

SAP manufacturing and material master experience
Experience in FDA-regulated environments (GMP, QSR, 21 CFR Part 820 / 210 / 211)
