Job Summary
The Compensation Partner will collaborate with HR partners and managers to provide subject matter expertise in the planning, development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
Essential functions include designing, administering, and advising on base salary, incentive, and merit pay programs, as well as conducting market pricing activities and pay equity reviews.
