Job Summary

  • The Compensation Partner will collaborate with HR partners and managers to provide subject matter expertise in the planning, development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
  • Essential functions include designing, administering, and advising on base salary, incentive, and merit pay programs, as well as conducting market pricing activities and pay equity reviews.
