Job Summary

  • Support the Head of Employee Relations in ER and HR activity across the UK Knight Frank Business and work with HR Business Partners to ensure seamless HR support.
  • Advise the business on dealing with all Employee Relations matters including investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances, probation management, wellbeing and absence management.
  • Maintain accurate employee relations case data and support the provision of Employee Relations data and reports, including trend information.
