Job Summary
Support the Head of Employee Relations in ER and HR activity across the UK Knight Frank Business and work with HR Business Partners to ensure seamless HR support.
Advise the business on dealing with all Employee Relations matters including investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances, probation management, wellbeing and absence management.
Maintain accurate employee relations case data and support the provision of Employee Relations data and reports, including trend information.
