Base: $43,000; Bonus/Equity: Monthly bonuses, $53,000 guaranteed compensation (rolling 12 months), Average first-year earnings of $60,000; Benefits: Immediate health, dental, and vision coverage, 18 days of PTO, 7 paid holidays, 6% retirement contribution
