Job Summary

  • Managing and motivating a team of 4, you will effectively lead, plan and manage the site’s maintenance function to provide an excellent service to all residents, including being ‘hands on’ to achieve this.
  • The team looks after planned life cycle and responsive maintenance for our 1,700 student rooms including high rise buildings, all in line with the Service Level Agreements.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Plumbing or Electrical
  • Current UK driving licence
