Job Summary

  • This role involves assisting in the daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment to achieve production goals in the MCT Laser Cutting factory.
  • Employees will work in teams of diverse and high-performing individuals tackling important health industry challenges while utilizing the latest tools and training.
  • The position requires onsite presence five days per week on the 2nd shift from 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2 years of manufacturing technician experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Troubleshoot process and equipment problems
  • Modify and develop new tooling and fixtures
  • Onsite work model five days per week

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Class IV Laser systems
  • Statistical analysis for Cpk and scrap reduction
  • Value Improvement (VIP) project implementation
  • Training and technical support to product builders

Key Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma/degree/equivalent
