During the trainee program, you will have the opportunity to get to know our company better through rotations, immersing yourself in different topics and acquiring cross-insurance knowledge.
Your start at AIG will be accompanied by a mentor, and you will receive above-average compensation regardless of your degree, with an unlimited employment contract starting in July 2026.
