Job Summary

  • Implement key interventions in line with the People strategy and deploy the Unilever Expertise & Innovation agenda for Foods Thailand business – both commercial and manufacturing.
  • Build talent intimacy and support the talent agenda including pipelining internally and externally, preparing and running high quality talent forums using relevant data and insights.
  • Manage the change and transformation agenda, ensuring IR/ER considerations and implications are considered in different geographies.
