Job Summary
Implement key interventions in line with the People strategy and deploy the Unilever Expertise & Innovation agenda for Foods Thailand business – both commercial and manufacturing.
Build talent intimacy and support the talent agenda including pipelining internally and externally, preparing and running high quality talent forums using relevant data and insights.
Manage the change and transformation agenda, ensuring IR/ER considerations and implications are considered in different geographies.
