Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-10 years experience implementing RCM
Experience with building automation systems
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Proficiency in CMMS and data analytics
Ability to conduct root cause failure analysis
Nice-to-have
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Self-starter with flexible approach
Embraces change and innovative solutions
Experience in regulated environments preferred
Fluent in English and Dutch/French
Key Requirements
University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
Certified Reliability Leader preferred
Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional preferred
