Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications as ordered by attending physicians or the Medical Director.
Maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and participate in facility committees to improve medication processes.
Follow all facility policies regarding medication handling, error reporting, confidentiality, and cooperate with government inspections and quality assurance programs.
