Job Summary
This is a dynamic role designed for a high-performing security professional who can step into any site with confidence, deliver consistent service, and support both team development and client satisfaction.
The FTO plays a critical role in ensuring coverage for last-minute call-offs, supporting new employee training, and maintaining operational excellence across all assigned locations.
Perform all duties in accordance with post orders and company standards, observe and report incidents, hazards, and suspicious activity, and complete detailed reports and documentation.
