This RN performs home visits for education and assessment of ALS patients within a 2.5 hour driving range for up to 50% of the time.
The teammate will work about 50% of the time in the office in Charlotte NC, rooming patients, assisting with phone triage, and calling/messaging patients on needs between visits.
