Job Summary
Responsible for assisting the Fire Officer in the overall day to day operations, ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are performed and correctly recorded.
Inspects daily all plant rooms, kitchens, service outlets, public areas, guest areas, BOH areas and records any defects related to firefighting, hotels safety and PA system for rectification.
Empowered to take operational decisions related to Fire and Safety of employees as well as the Hotel and monitors working condition of all Fire detection, firefighting and PA systems of the hotel.
