The Packaging Supervisor will direct sugar packaging operations on rotating shifts, directing teams of specialized union employees ensuring good manufacturing practices and safe operating procedures.
The supervisor will achieve standard production volume, quality standards, and regulatory compliance through the supervision of hourly personnel (up to 35) on rotating shifts.

Base: $62,500 - $115,500.00; Bonus/Equity: plus bonus; Benefits: healthcare, 401(k) with match, life insurance, AD&D, short-term disability, vacation, holiday and sick time
