  • The HR Technology team advises HR Leaders through data-based insights and compelling storytelling to achieve business objectives and people priorities.
  • This role involves partnering with HR CoE Leaders to understand business and people priorities and discover ways to measure and analyze priorities related to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, & Total Rewards.
  • Responsibilities include designing analytical approaches, delivering research and findings, translating findings into actionable business insights, and experimenting with new processes.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or related field
  • Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field
  • 5+ years applied work experience using analytical methods to solve business problems for Human Resources preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel
