The HR Technology team advises HR Leaders through data-based insights and compelling storytelling to achieve business objectives and people priorities.
This role involves partnering with HR CoE Leaders to understand business and people priorities and discover ways to measure and analyze priorities related to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, & Total Rewards.
Responsibilities include designing analytical approaches, delivering research and findings, translating findings into actionable business insights, and experimenting with new processes.

Key Requirements
5+ years experience in data analysis and reporting
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or related field
Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field
5+ years applied work experience using analytical methods to solve business problems for Human Resources preferred
