Primary Location Base Pay Range: $228,000 USD - $342,000 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $190,600 USD - $342,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years applied ML product experience
  • 4+ years ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • 6+ years production ML model hosting
  • 3+ years LLM/text generation/GNN experience
  • 6+ years cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP)
  • Proven leadership/mentorship of ML teams
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's/PhD preferred)
