Job Summary

  • The Teller Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of teller staff and all branch functions associated with processing customer transactions and providing routine banking services.
  • Responsibilities include operating a teller drawer, recognizing cross-sell opportunities, solving operational issues, recognizing and reporting potential fraud, performing audits, and participating in hiring, onboarding, training, and development of teller staff.
