Base: $80,168 - $89,470; Bonus/Equity: Stock Purchase Plan available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, 401K match, Paid Vacation

Must-have
Valid Driver License and reliable transportation
Conduct site surveys and waste audits
Project manage community collection events
Deliver educational presentations on recycling
Resolve complex customer service issues
Nice-to-have
Fluency in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese or Korean
Experience working in solid waste industry
Field experience supporting customers
Ability to work independently creatively
Strong data storytelling skills
Key Requirements
Associate's Degree in Environmental Science or related field
High School Diploma or GED with 2 years relevant experience
Valid Driver License and reliable transportation required
