Job Summary

• The Branch Manager SAFE Act is a senior management professional responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees, grow sales and client base in coordination with the consumer sales team.
• Responsibilities include developing sales plans, driving individual production goals, building referral networks, and creating an environment through activity-based coaching and performance development.

Salary

Base: $101,760.00 - $152,640.00; Bonus/Equity: discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards; Benefits: medical, dental & vision coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; and wellness programs.

Key Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Previous banking or financial industry experience preferred
• Sales management experience preferred
• Registered or willing to register as mortgage loan originator
• Obtain unique identifier from Registry
• Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
