The role involves delivering a feminist intervention based on Flip the Script to reduce sexual violence against transgender and nonbinary undergraduate students.
Candidates must be available for an intensive 3-week in-person training in College Park, Maryland, followed by part-time delivery of 5-session programs during evenings and weekends.
The position requires strict adherence to participant confidentiality and the ability to handle difficult conversations regarding sexuality and violence with sensitivity.
