The Senior Scientist is responsible for method establishment, sample testing by qPCR/ddPCR, managing external alliances, and delivering actionable translational conclusions.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree or above in molecular biology or related field
At least 5 years molecular testing or clinical lab experience
Experience developing and validating PCR-based clinical methods
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and CAP regulations
Ability to manage risks and escalate appropriately
