The Advanced Practice Provider will conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and develop working diagnoses and treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Candidates must be nationally certified, licensed in applicable states, and credentialed by the Medical Executive Committee to prescribe medications and perform specialized procedures.

Key Requirements
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master's in Physician Assistant Studies
Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or PALS/NRP
DEA License or designee for prescribing privileges
