Job Summary
Greets and registers critical and trauma patients, answers telephone calls, schedules appointments, and facilitates unit communication.
Coordinates admissions paperwork and communications, contacts on-call providers, and pulls and files medical charts when indicated.
Provides excellent customer service to patients and families by applying best practices and standard operating procedures.
