Job Summary
The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for brand growth in both Belgium and the Netherlands through an exciting set of responsibilities including category and consumer insights, brand and portfolio strategy, communication and activation planning, and innovation.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital & social, TV, OOH, instore, etc.) and track and optimize campaign performance (ROI, Brand KPI’s, awareness, consideration, penetration).
Lead a team of 6 senior and junior marketing professionals with focus on strong talent and performance management and partner with multifunctional teams to drive best-in-class execution of brand and portfolio strategy.
