Job Summary
This role serves as the primary in-house lawyer for the Singapore HQ and first-line legal reviewer for regional subsidiaries in the USA, China, and Japan.
The successful candidate will independently manage a wide range of commercial agreements including NDAs, supplier contracts, and SaaS documentation while controlling legal spend.
Reporting to both the Group CFO and CEO, the lawyer must provide practical risk mitigation advice in a fast-paced environment without a direct legal team.
