Job Summary

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of executive events, hospitality programs, trade shows, and Workday conferences across North America.
  • Design and deliver C-suite–caliber experiences (executive dinners, roundtables, private briefings, customer councils) that drive senior-level engagement and pipeline impact.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Customer Success to align events to our GTM priorities and target accounts.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $127,200 USD - $190,800 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $107,400 USD - $190,800 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
