Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
  • Essential duties include maintaining employee records, coordinating schedules, assisting with new hire onboarding, and reporting staffing issues to the Director of Nursing Services.
  • The role requires the ability to work harmoniously with personnel, handle difficult residents, and cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
