Job Summary
The role involves preparing detailed cost plans and managing all pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties.
Candidates will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, negotiating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with BCA, PUB, and SCDF standards.
The position requires close coordination with Project Managers and Site Teams to resolve contractual issues and manage project cash flow.
