Job Summary

• You will interact in person and by telephone, e-mail, and chat with TRICARE beneficiaries, Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) and other Government staff, including senior military leaders, and civilian healthcare providers and facilities.
• You will be responsible for ensuring MTF, beneficiary, and provider understanding of the TRICARE health plan and how to navigate the Military Health System.

Base: $59,300 - $80,900 per year; Bonus/Equity: eligible for bonus incentive plan; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), time off

Key Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required
• Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance
• Willing to work on site at Robins Airforce Base at least 2 days a week
• Ability to travel and work on weekends/nights
• Experience in healthcare provider relations
• 3 years experience in TRICARE preferred
