Job Summary

  • Manage modern trade accounts like Dmart, Reliance, Metro, Walmart, Lulu, Spar, Star Bazaar etc. to size and seize market level opportunities.
  • Lead, monitor, motivate and drive performance by leveraging selling tools and incentive programs, and coach FSA's on the Mars Sales & Distribution system.
  • Ensure timely submission of trade and distributor related paperwork and effectively coordinate with CFA and Distributors to ensure adherence to PDP and delivery schedules.
