Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral care while measuring and recording vital signs.
Employees must accurately document care provided in charts, flow sheets, and notes while reporting all accidents, incidents, or changes in resident condition promptly.
