• This role requires proven leadership, effective management of direct reports, and experience in administering, auditing, analyzing and evaluating system-wide clinical compensation pay practices for physicians.
• Provides consultation to operational leadership, physician leadership and financial leadership on key physician compensation projects, financial impacts, contracting, quality and performance, and related issues.
