Job Summary
This role will lead the legal operations VMO team, oversee end to end vendor data governance, outside counsel program, outside counsel management, e-billing review and processing, and timely resolution of vendor inquiries, while ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and compliance frameworks.
The Outside Counsel Oversight Manager partners closely with cross functional stakeholders to drive vendor performance, manage risk, and support disciplined operations across a diverse global vendor portfolio.
