Job Summary
The Market Manager will be responsible for achieving the profitability objectives of the stores in their region and ensuring the best levels of development for their direct reports.
This role will manage 2 to 4 districts and potentially some large stores, providing direct support to multiple DMs and the RDO, in collaboration with HR and other support areas.
The Market Manager will support the VP of Operations in building and maintaining an operationally sound market, ensuring exceptional customer service and supporting the hiring and retention of high-quality managers.
