Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil Engineering
Minimum two years construction industry experience
Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications
Experience with PlanGrid or Procore software
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and building codes

Third party general contractor experience
Multi-family housing development background
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
