You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative and friendly team working on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity, capital markets, and restructuring.
You will be fully integrated into the team, working closely with other practice groups and foreign offices, handling complex legal research and drafting corporate and transactional documents.
Throughout the internship, you will be supported by a referral lawyer and participate in training sessions to maximize your learning experience.
