Evergreen Services Group is seeking a Controller to oversee accounting and financial reporting processes in a high-growth environment. This remote position requires a proactive leader who can manage financial operations and contribute to business development initiatives

Job Summary

  • Own all accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting processes while contributing to the growth and operational maturity of a high-growth, private equity-backed business.
  • Serve as company representative alongside the business’ President/Founder to the Board of Directors – deliver management insights, analyses, and strategic plans.

  • Strong understanding of financial statement preparation

  • Proven ability to identify and address data anomalies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience leading or supporting financial audits
