PATH is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor for Digital Payment Systems to provide expert technical oversight for the development of Inclusive & Instant Payment Systems funded by the Gates Foundation. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in payment systems, particularly in real-time and instant payment solutions, and will work remotely to ensure technical deliverables meet international standards.

Job Summary
PATH is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor with deep expertise in instant payment systems to provide independent technical oversight and quality assurance support for the development of governance and operational frameworks for Inclusive & Instant Payment Systems.
The Advisor will function as a technical reviewer, risk assessor, and strategic sounding board, ensuring rigour, coherence, and value for money across all IIPS-related deliverables.
The engagement is for a period of up to three (3) years from the date of contract signature, with an estimated level of effort of 10–40 hours per month.
