Job Summary

  • You will play a critical part in managing the maintenance and reliability engineering activities involving the redesign, maintenance, and repair of critical utilities HVAC systems, buildings, and production/non-production equipment.
  • The HVAC Systems Engineer will be responsible for effective, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the site’s GMP and commercial HVAC systems, as well as ancillary systems, maintaining all these systems in a state of compliance, in-control, and fit for use, capable of meeting all site needs.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,200.00 to $165,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience
  • Engineering experience in Facilities, Utilities, Maintenance
  • proven track record in pharmaceutical facilities
  • Experience in large facility and campus facility management
  • Hands-on experience in equipment upgrades
  • thorough understanding of operational processes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • SolidWorks, CAD, MS Project software applications
