The Executive Director has the primary responsibility for strategy, oversight, and delivery of end-to-end activities involving new or marketed drug(s) for oncology indications.
The Executive Director leads the team responsible for the cross-functional delivery of critical milestones in an oncology asset’s lifecycle, spanning discovery through reimbursement.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable, and a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

Salary
Base: $310,900.00 - $489,400.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days
