Job Summary

  • Create, maintain, and update customer- and service-related technical documentation for ZEISS IQS CMM, X-ray, and Optical measurement systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Global and Regional Service, 2nd-Level Support, R&D, Product Management, Training, and Quality to collect, validate, and align technical content.
  • Maintain and further develop documentation within XML-based authoring systems and modular documentation environments in line with ZEISS documentation strategy.
